Hussle have a sly way of locking you in to contract.

It's not made clear as it's mentioned only once in small print. So watch out if you are considering signing up. I wish I'd have read more reviews before I ended up locked in to a 3 month contract.

Their technology platforms are helpless.

I've had several issues in the space of a three month period.
1. The app doesn't work. It won't display my pass, it just directs me to the website where I have to login again.
2. I had an issue accessing the Les Mills subscription and had to ask their support team to help.
3. Most current issue is my pass won't load in my account. So I'm having to go through the awkward process of explaining at the front desk in my local gym!

I have had many gym memberships in my time and honestly I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Easy to use their service. The check in was smooth and the gym’s staff was very helpful. I had many questions but they answered all of them. I highly recommend Hussle, especially if you need or want access to multiple gyms.

Great service! I bought a Monthly+ pass and was able to visit 4 different gyms while travelling for work. You just need to check what gyms are available in the area and included in your pass, what they offer (some include pool and spa facilities too), go to the gym, show the passcode and start training. Each gym has a profile so check that before visiting, you will see the facilities, opening hours and other notes about access.

Avoid this garbageshit company. I was supposedly getting a 1/3 discount, nowhere did they tell me there was a 3 month minimum, so it's really a 2X UN-DISCOUNT if you only want a month. Garbage scam tactic for stealing your money. I'm sure it was in the fine print somewhere, but I'm unable to go through that signup process again to confirm, due to having already used the offer.

Plus I have to tell the gym employees my hussle pass number every time, as it doesn't even work on the entry keypad, so there's that.

This company is an absolute scam. They say you can just pay for one month. I did that and then they took another month's payment. I asked my bank to cancel any more payments to them and made sure I had cancelled the subscription (I had) . Then this month they have put in a new demand for payment which I have had to have cancelled through my bank again. Just don't go there.

Bought Monthly+ membership online for Crymych Leisure Centre gym. However when I arrived they said they hadn’t heard of Hussle, that my membership wasn’t valid, and that I had to buy there membership to use the gym. I have emailed Hussle a week ago and still haven’t received a reply. I have also tried calling multiple times and every-time I just get an automated message saying that nobody is available to talk to me. Just overall very poor.

Totally avoid. Advertised as flexible and can cancel anytime, but lock you in for a 3 month membership which is hidden in the small print.

Fantastic value and great service from this team. I also hear great praise for the company from the gyms too. This is a win-win if you use the gym or pool a lot or move around the country. Customer service is fab .. they are so accommodating and polite ???

A real Hussle
Not as easy and good as it look like.
A few Gyms won’t allowed you to use their all facilities such as classes and swim and if they do you won’t have the priority cos you’re Not their member
They customer service is awkward: do not explained things fully and instead
Caused lots of confusing and lied to cover themselves
I had a terrible experience with them and in order to get my money back had to contact Axa PP which is my Health cover and provided the discount through Hussle .
I Wouldn’t recommend as it’s not worth the trouble you are going to get !

Amazing experience using Hussle. It is Hassle free. A visitor in London and going to the gym was definitely amazing

Good and bad, the basic idea (1 membership, multiple gyms) is more than amazing, but its development kind of misses the point. It can be great but not for everyone.

What works well: easy to sign up for, easy to use. I had very quick and helpful answers from customer service and it was easy to cancel when I realised it was not what I was looking for. So great on that. Also very easy to access the gyms with the code.

What I wish was improved:
1. The app: I had to re-install it every time I wanted to access my pass, which kept being not accessible. But not a big deal, as the pass can always be accessed through the web site.
2. The passes do NOT allow to join classes. (online classes yes, but they are not for me. Also, many apps offer online classes for a lot less). It is never claimed otherwise, so there is no lie in that, but it is also not clearly stated. There is no big 'NO CLASSES' disclaimer anywhere, I had to contact customer service to have it explained. Since most gyms include classes in their memberships, I would have expected that 'gym access' also includes classes.
That said, here is the problem I see:
- if I was experienced enough in the gym to not need classes, I would invest in buying my own equipment and train at home, no need to join a gym
- as I am not travelling much, it is cheaper to get a membership at one venue and get classes included
- if I was traveling a lot, I might find the basic or standard passes useful, but I see no point in the more expensive ones: in big cities there are always venues included in cheaper passes, in smaller towns gyms are cheaper and are also included in cheaper passes. And since most of the equipment is the same in all gyms, PT and classes are not included anyway, there is no more value in a more expensive pass (yes, there are cheap gyms with pool and sauna). Also, many gym franchises offer multi-gym access with classes

In the end it was not what I was looking for, Hussle is clearly aiming at a different kind of customer (who travels a lot, is a fitness expert and for some reason sees a point in paying to access thousands of gyms that all offer the same as a free fitness park?). But I think they are missing a big share of potential customers who, like me, need some more guidance. The worst part is, it is perfectly possible to offer access to classes, it has been done (anyone knows Urban Sports Club? they are great, take example. Sadly not available in the UK...). It would be great if there were 2 types of passes, one with and one without classes. I think Hussle has the potential to satisfy many more customers than what they are doing now, if they offered this option.

If at any time in the future they will offer classes access, I will be more than happy to join. For now, I am sadly disappointed at the poor development of a great idea.

I've used Hussle while I was in holiday for 2 months and I think the concept is great to access a variety of gyms with one membership. I like that you have the option to get either day passes or the membership. I'm all about flexibility and they offer that. Will use again when I'll be back

I've been using Hussle for a while and I like the flexibility. I travel a lot around the UK so it suits my needs. Support is also quick to get back to me so I'm happy with my experience so far
